1. Payment Policy

Order Processing: Orders are confirmed and prepared for dispatch immediately upon successful payment verification.

2. Return & Refund Policy

Return Window: Eligible returns or exchange requests must be initiated within 15 days from the date of package delivery.

Eligibility Criteria:

Items must be completely unused, unaltered, and kept in their original condition.

All original boxes, tags, documentation, and accessories must be intact and enclosed.

A valid invoice or order reference number is required to process the return.

Deductions & Fee Withholding:

Shipping Costs: All actual shipping expenses (including both the initial outbound delivery fee and the return shipping label costs) are strictly non-refundable and will be deducted from the total refund amount.

Damage & Wear Deductions: Upon receiving the package at our facility, the item will undergo physical inspection. If the product exhibits signs of handling, missing parts, surface scratches, or packaging damage, the assessed cost of repair, replacement, or value loss will be deducted directly from the refund balance.

Refund Method & Timelines:

Approved net refunds (following all shipping fee deductions and assessed damage costs) will be credited to the original payment method within 7 to 14 business days, depending on your card issuer or banking institution.
